A few basic points about keeping your E-Mail safe.

• When recieving an attachment only open if you know what the attachment is and who the sender is.
• Make sure if you dont know the sender of an E-Mail that you not just delete it from your inbox, but also your deleted items.
• Using a password to gain access to your E-Mail programme.
